Session #2 of the CIBC ILEN’s Adventures in Leadership training series was presented by the dynamic Charles Weathers, MBA. The session was held July 14th, 2022, from 2 to 3:30 PM CT via Zoom.
In this session, participants heard about Charles’s signature leadership framework, The ABLE Leader. Participants learned how to use your personal power and influence as a LEADER to be TeachABLE, Flex-ABLE, ApproachABLE, AccountABLE and more!
