How leaders can turn conflict into an opportunity

Conflict, at is core, is a COMMUNICATION problem. We tend to think of that as how we speak. We ask you to consider that it starts with how we listen – actively, nonverbally signaling that you are interested in what the other person has to say, not just waiting for your turn to speak.
